Senior UX / UI Designer

OnTheGoSystems is looking for a Senior UX/UI Designer who will create seamless, intuitive experiences for our products.

If you’ve previously designed SaaS tools for developers, we’d love to meet you.

Role and Responsibilities

1. Manage UX/UI design for current and upcoming products.
2. Collaborate in product development to understand design needs.
3. Conduct user interviews, testing, and usability studies.
4. Ensure decisions are driven by user behavior data instead of subjective opinions.
5. Create user experiences using methods like wireframes and prototypes.
6. Uphold digital brand consistency, including typography, design, and colors.
7. Collaborate with the development team, including technical professionals and executives.

Minimum Qualifications

1. At least 5 years in a UX/UI role.
2. Proficiency in Figma.
3. Strong background in usability testing, including planning, conducting, and analyzing tests to optimize UX based on experiment results.
4. Ability to interpret user research and feedback to inform design decisions.
5. Familiarity with research methodologies such as user interviews, surveys, A/B testing, and remote usability testing.
6. Experience with WordPress.
7. Previous experience designing SaaS tools for developers is a plus.
