eDreams ODIGEO in Barcelona is seeking a Senior UX Researcher to join the UX Research team in a hybrid setup. You will be the dedicated research partner for Prime, connecting evidence across flights, hotels, rail, ancillaries, and payments to craft an integrated member journey.

You will lead high-value mixed-methods research, advise Product Directors and executives on opportunities, and help improve acquisition, engagement, and retention across markets.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of UX/behavioral research experience in digital products, SaaS, or subscriptions.
• Proven leadership in strategic research influencing product roadmaps and business decisions.
• Strong mixed-methods expertise across qualitative and quantitative research.
• Skill in synthesizing multi-source evidence into actionable recommendations.

Aufgaben

• Manage the strategic research roadmap across the Prime lifecycle (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, adoption, retention).
• Prioritize key research to guide Prime strategy, growth, revenue, and experience.
• Execute end-to-end generative, evaluative, and mixed-methods research.
• Synthesize user feedback, behavioral data, and research into actionable insights.
• Maintain an Evidence and Opportunity portfolio with source traceability and action items.
• Link research-backed decisions to execution and measurable results.
• Coordinate Prime research demand and cross-functional dependencies across teams.
• Connect research across products to map the end-to-end Prime journey and remove silos.
• Balance competing priorities for research resources, participants, and CRM capacity.
• Establish delivery plans, key decisions, risks, and escalations for complex research initiatives.
• Support cross-product research directly shaping Prime strategy and member experience.
• Lead team-wide CRM participant recruitment as the primary owner.
• Maintain a central roadmap, calendar, and contact records for cross-team outreach.
• Enforce contact frequency, privacy, consent, and sample quality controls.
• Build scalable research infrastructure with RACIs, SOPs, intake, and templates.
