About the team
At Adaptavist, we are a dedicated team of six, specialising in market and UX research. As the knowledge hub of the company, we drive success through informed decision-making, user-centric design, and strategic market positioning. We maintain strong team cohesion through regular meetings, social events, and collaborative problem-solving sessions. Despite being spread across Spain, Germany, and the UK, we work seamlessly together. Each team member collaborates closely with different parts of the business, becoming experts in their respective areas.
About the role
The Research Operations Coordinator supports the central Research Team, which employs diverse research methodologies and analysis tools to inform product development across business units. The team focuses on User Experience and Market Research to guide decision-making, discover new market opportunities, evaluate our products against competitors, and ensure high usability and usefulness standards. This role requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail, primarily to ensure research projects run smoothly and efficiently. Responsibilities include setting high standards for research quality, streamlining processes, managing research tools, simplifying participant recruitment, and ensuring GDPR compliance to protect data. The Coordinator plays a key role in improving research approaches and producing insights that influence business decisions.
