Datavant is seeking a Senior UX Designer for Provider Console, a unified provider-facing platform. You will own the end-to-end experience, define the information architecture, and lead self-service initiatives to reduce support needs.

Collaboration with PM, engineering, and related teams will be essential to deliver a coherent, scalable platform. You will shape onboarding, status experiences, and multi-product journeys while advocating for a seamless provider experience and measurable

Formación

• 5+ years of UX design experience with a platform mindset.
• Experience designing multi-product or multi-surface platforms with consistent navigation architecture.
• Track record designing for self-service to reduce human intervention in workflows.
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills, both system and detail oriented.
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research with business stakeholders as proxies when needed.
• Comfort collaborating with product and engineering teams where work has dependencies.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to articulate design strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Own the end-to-end experience of Provider Console across products.
• Define and maintain the overall experience architecture and cross-product navigation.
• Lead self-service design initiatives to reduce support reliance and improve transparency.
• Design onboarding, setup flows, and proactive notifications for providers.
• Collaborate with PMs, engineers, and adjacent product teams to integrate capabilities.
