Enfint ищет опытного UX-дизайнера для определения и ведения общей архитектуры Provider Console. Ваша работа охватит несколько продуктов и команд, включая медицинские и бизнес-процессы, с целью унификации навигации и интерфейсов.

Вы будете разрабатывать и поддерживать компонентную библиотеку, участвовать в исследованиях пользователей и тестировании, а также сотрудничать с PM, инженерной и коммерческой командами. Ожидается высокий уровень коммуникаций и стратегическое мышление.

Formación

• 5+ лет опыта UX-дизайна

Responsabilidades

Datavant is a healthcare data collaboration platform that provides secure, accessible, and actionable data solutions for providers, health plans, researchers, and life sciences companies. Its Provider Console connects provider-facing products and supports onboarding, request management, billing, forms, certification, and notifications.

Задачи

• Define and maintain the overall experience architecture of Provider Console
• Identify and resolve inconsistencies across product surfaces, including navigation patterns, terminology, and interaction models
• Design provider journeys spanning multiple products
• Build and maintain a shared component library and pattern documentation in coordination with the broader design system
• Lead the design effort to reduce provider reliance on support
• Map current provider calls and emails and design friction out of those experiences
• Design transparent, real-time request status experiences
• Create onboarding and setup flows for provider credentials, users, and preferences
• Design proactive notification and alert systems
• Evaluate and design progressive disclosure based on provider role and context
• Conduct provider research with external organizations and internal proxy teams
• Analyze support ticket data, call drivers, and AM escalations to identify self-service opportunities
• Run usability testing on new workflows, especially onboarding and first-time experiences
• Bring provider needs into roadmap and prioritization conversations
• Partner with the Provider Console PM, engineering team, and adjacent product teams
• Work with Solutions Consulting and Account Management teams on provider feedback
• Communicate design decisions, explorations, and rationale clearly
• Produce clear specifications, test meaningful prototypes, and ensure delivery matches design intent
• Map the Provider Console experience end-to-end within the first 90 days
• Identify the top 3–5 consistency and self-service gaps
• Develop a hypothesis about which provider support contacts are design-solvable
• Ship one improvement and establish trust with PM, engineering, AM, and Solutions Consulting teams
• Establish Provider Console as a coherent platform and act as its design authority
• Launch at least one major self-service workflow that measurably reduces support volume or AM time spent on provider questions
• Define consistent integration patterns for new capabilities from RM+, HealthForms, and Provider Exchange
• Contribute to improvements in provider onboarding NPS or time-to-first-value

Требования

• 5+ Years of UX design experience
• Portfolio demonstrating platform thinking beyond individual features
• Experience designing multi-product or multi-surface platforms with complex consistency and navigation challenges
• Track record of designing self-service experiences that reduce human intervention in complex workflows
• Strong information architecture and interaction design skills
• Experience conducting and synthesizing user research
• Experience working with business stakeholders as proxies when direct user access is limited
• Ability to work across product and engineering teams with dependencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to articulate design strategy, not only present visual compositions
• Nice to have: Experience designing B2B SaaS platforms for professionals in complex domains such as healthcare, legal, or financial services
• familiarity with provider-facing healthcare workflows such as credentialing, billing, prior authorization, or release of information
• experience designing notification and alert systems or proactive communication UX
• familiarity with Figma and FigJam and collaboration with engineers working in component-based front-end frameworks
