You should be a senior generalist with enterprise/B2B experience, capable of simplifying complex flows, conducting user research, and presenting clear design decisions in fluent English.

• Senior generalist with enterprise/B2B UX experience.
• Fluent English, strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Able to design end-to-end features within an existing design system.

Responsabilidades

• Own UX end-to-end for product features from discovery to engineering handover.
• Collaborate with product managers and engineers in Barcelona and global teams.
• Design within an established system and improve it where needed.
• Test with real users and back decisions with insights.
