Location : US or EU Remote (Barcelona, preferred)

Compensation : $7,000 / month On-Target Earnings (30% Base, 70% Commission)

Founded by two friends from boarding school with ambitions to deliver original design concepts globally, we are now looking to scale and grow.

We seek a Lead Generation Specialist to join as a founding partner. You should excel at generating warm, high-value leads and building scalable sales strategies to fuel our growth.

Responsibilities
  1. Own the Lead Gen Process – Develop and implement strategies to bring in qualified leads for our services.
  2. Drive Revenue Growth – Maintain a steady pipeline of opportunities for our sales team.
  3. Refine & Scale Sales Strategy – Build repeatable, scalable lead generation processes.
  4. Prospect Like a Pro – Engage potential clients via outbound prospecting, email, LinkedIn, etc.
  5. Strategic Positioning – Work with the team to position our offerings effectively in target markets.
  6. Optimize Website SEO – Enhance our website's SEO to attract inbound leads (SEO experience preferred).
  7. Leverage Tools – Use CRM, sales automation, and prospecting tools efficiently.
Ideal Candidate
  • Proven Sales Leader – 2+ years in lead generation for a design or software agency, selling medium-to-high-ticket projects.
  • Results-Driven & Hungry – Confident in bringing high-quality leads consistently.
  • Tech-Savvy & Data-Driven – Proficient with tools like HubSpot, Pipedrive, Salesforce, Apollo.io, Lemlist, Mailshake, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, ZoomInfo, Reply.io, Instantly.ai, Woodpecker.
  • Strategic Thinker – Able to optimize and scale processes.
  • Natural Connector – Skilled at building relationships and sparking conversations.
  • Highly Adaptable – Comfortable in a boutique agency environment, wearing multiple hats.
  • Based in US or EU (preferably Barcelona) – Remote role with a preference for proximity to Barcelona.
