What We're Looking For

We are currently seeking an experienced Senior User Acquisition Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for launching advertising campaigns on paid social channels such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and others, specifically targeting the Health and Fitness audience.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing the full cycle of mobile traffic advertising campaigns: launching, optimization, and scaling.
  2. Experimenting with creatives alongside designers: A/B testing, performance analysis, and optimization.
  3. Monitoring advertising campaigns for performance, optimization, and reporting.
  4. Researching and evaluating new user acquisition channels.
  5. Staying abreast of industry trends, emerging threats, and best practices in access management, identity governance, and security technologies.
  6. Collaborating with IT, security, and compliance teams to develop, implement, and enhance access management processes, procedures, and controls.
In your first three months you will:
  1. Become proficient in all metrics, processes, and reports.
  2. Manage projects independently, adhere to best practices, achieve target ROI, and know how to scale and reduce volumes when necessary.
  3. Lead an additional area of responsibility, suggest improvements, analyze competitors, and make data-driven decisions.
The ideal profile:
  1. 4+ years of relevant experience in digital marketing as a User Acquisition specialist.
  2. Practical experience managing large budgets on Paid Social platforms (Meta Ads, TikTok, Snapchat).
  3. Proficiency in English at B2 level or higher.
  4. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas, feedback, and instructions to team members, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
  5. Analytical mindset, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel) and Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides); experience with Google Analytics, Tableau, or Clarisight is a plus.
  6. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and circumstances, with the ability to pivot quickly when needed.
