Arup in Spain is seeking a Senior Urban Planner to lead complex urban planning projects and coordinate multidisciplinary teams. You will draft planning instruments, analyze urban feasibility, and communicate with clients to advance sustainable city development.

Ideal candidates have 15 years of urban planning experience, strong CAD/ArcGIS skills, and fluency in Spanish and English, with a passion for innovation and sustainable design.

Formación

• 15 years of experience in urban planning or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of CAD and ArcGIS.
• Excellent written and spoken Spanish and English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and oversee complex urban planning projects, including drafting and processing of planning instruments and urban feasibility analysis.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across architects, engineers, environmentalists, sociologists, economists, and lawyers.
• Communicate and present projects to clients and support client relationship management.
• Contribute to business development through planning processes and project wins.
• Promote knowledge sharing and best practices within the team.
• Engage in continuous learning to deepen understanding of urban complexity and trends.
