About the role :

We are seeking a Senior Integration Consultant with deep expertise in UKG solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing end-to-end integrations between UKG systems (such as UKG Pro WFM (Dimensions) and UKG WFC) and third-party platforms including HRIS, payroll, timekeeping, ERP, and benefits systems. This role requires both technical proficiency and consulting skills to gather requirements, engage stakeholders, and deliver scalable, supportable solutions.

Which tasks can you expect?

  • Lead full-cycle integration projects from requirement gathering to post-go-live support.
  • Design and develop integrations using UKG APIs, Web Services, Dell Boomi , Integration Hub, REST / SOAP, and other middleware platforms.
  • Analyze, map, and transform data between UKG systems and external applications.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, client stakeholders, and vendors to ensure integration, accuracy, performance, and security.
  • Provide technical expertise in UKG modules (e.g., Core HR, Time and Attendance, etc).
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including integration specifications IDDs, mapping documents, and user guides.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues quickly to minimize business disruption.
  • Stay updated on UKG release notes and assess impact on existing integrations.
  • Mentor junior consultants and contribute to best practices and process improvement.

What do you have to offer?

  • 5+ years of experience in UKG WFC and Pro WFM integration projects.
  • Proven experience with UKG WFC and Pro UKG Dimensions.
  • Proficient in using UKG Integration Tools , including Integration Hub and UKG REST APIs .
  • Strong background in SQL , T-SQL, GROOVY, JSON, XML, and data transformation.
  • Deep understanding of HRIS, payroll processes , and compliance requirements.
  • Experience working with middleware and integration platforms ( Dell Boomi , MuleSoft , etc.).
  • Familiarity with SFTP, encryption methods (PGP, TLS), OAuth2 , and other secure data transfer protocols.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership skills with a demonstrated ability to mentor and lead technical teams.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work directly with clients or cross-functional teams.
