We are currently seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join the team based in Tarragona.

About The Role

Responsible for the delivery of technically and qualitatively high level process engineering design within proposals, studies, projects execution and operations, as part of a study and / or project team, in accordance with design and engineering standards, procedures, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality standards, targets and customer satisfaction.

Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

• Design basis.
• PFD's and heat & material balance.
• MSD and material selection philosophy.
• Process and Utility P&ID's.
• Equipment & instrumentation Datasheet.
• Utilities and chemicals consumption summaries.
• Simulations and calculations.
• Coordinate the process team activities.

About You

Master's degree in chemical engineering. At least 10 years of experience in Process Engineering and 5 as a leader. Significant experience of team supervision and / or coordination. Theoretical knowledge of process design methods & tools. Knowledge of HYSYS, ASPEN, HTRI and Flowmaster. Fluent in English and Spanish. Other languages will be valuable (French, German, etc.). Experience in companies providing engineering services to the Chemical, Refining or Petrochemical Industry.

Additional Information

Immediate incorporation in solid industrial engineering is offered, with the possibility of professional development in the company. Flexible hours and two days of telecommuting per week. Candidates with disability certificate will be valued.
