Venga is seeking a Senior Product Treasury & Liquidity Operations Manager to own the operational liquidity and financial flows powering our platform. You will ensure sufficient liquidity across all accounts and wallets, and lead automation of workflows with Product and Engineering.

The role emphasizes operational treasury rather than accounting, with opportunities to build and scale a new function and grow within the company.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in treasury operations or fintech roles.
• Native or Advanced level of English and Spanish.
• Deep understanding of blockchain and crypto.
• Experience in a regulated fintech, payments, or crypto company is a strong advantage.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day product liquidity operations.
• Ensure fiat and crypto liquidity across all accounts, providers, and wallets.
• Define liquidity thresholds and automate rebalancing.
• Develop automated liquidity management systems, dashboards, alerts and transfer rules.
• Plan liquidity with banking cut-off times, provider settlement cycles and blockchain processing times.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Finance and Security to ensure regulatory controls.
