Job summary

Finatal, in partnership with a leading global healthcare group, is seeking a Global Treasury Manager to own global liquidity, cash management and banking across a complex international organisation. You will work with senior leadership and the CFO on expansion, M&A and strategic treasury initiatives from our Madrid/Spain footprint.

Typically 8–10+ years of multinational treasury experience, strong cash pooling and liquidity planning skills, and fluency in English are required to drive treasury

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of treasury experience in multinational environments.
• Strong cash management, liquidity planning and cash pooling experience.
• Experience with FX and interest-rate risk management.
• Experience with treasury management systems and international banking platforms.
• Fluent English with strong stakeholder management and international exposure.

Responsibilities

• Lead global liquidity, cash positioning, forecasting and cash pooling across the Group.
• Manage international banking relationships and support financing and funding arrangements.
• Optimise intercompany funding and deployment of cash across subsidiaries.
• Manage FX, interest rate and liquidity risk across multiple jurisdictions.
• Drive improvements across treasury processes, systems, controls and automation.
• Support the CFO on M&A, strategic initiatives and international expansion.
