Truckie International is expanding its Poland-Spain corridor from Badalona/Barcelona. You will act as the Polish face of the company, winning clients and loads, building long-term relationships, and coordinating with the Spanish office to foster partnerships.

The role focuses on new business, client management across Poland, and collaboration with operations using AI-driven tools to automate offers and documents.

Formación

• Experience in a transport/freight-forwarding company.
• Office-based (Badalona/Barcelona), min. 4 days a week.
• Spanish a big plus.

Responsabilidades

• Win clients and loads on the Polish market - actively and at scale.
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
• Serve existing clients and drive repeat business.
• Plan trucks and talk to drivers (PL-ES-PL routes).
• Prepare offers and negotiate rates.
• Work daily with AI and new tools (automating offers, documents, communication).
• Collaborate with operations and work directly with the management team.

Polish Market | International Transport PL-ES Badalona / Barcelona (Spain) office-based, 4 days a week

Truckie is a transport company with 5 trucks, growing with a plan: to build a strong corridor between Poland and Spain - with our own Polish client base and a real operational edge. We work with AI and new technologies every day. We're looking for the person who will build this market from the Polish side.

Your role

You'll be the face of Truckie on the Polish market - winning clients and loads, building long-term relationships and looking after existing customers. You're the bridge between our Spanish office and the Polish market, from first contact to lasting partnership.

What you'll do

• Win clients and loads on the Polish market - actively and at scale
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Serve existing clients and drive repeat business
• Plan trucks and talk to drivers (ideally on PL-ES-PL routes)
• Prepare offers and negotiate rates
• Work daily with AI and new tools (automating offers, documents, communication)
• Collaborate with operations and work directly with the management team

What we need

• Experience in a transport/freight-forwarding company
• Client-oriented - new business and relationships are your focus
• Office-based (Badalona/Barcelona), min. 4 days a week
• Spanish a big plus
• Truck planning & driver communication (nice to have)
• Positive attitude, drive, and the ambition to build something bigger
