Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need :

• A university degree in a relevant field such as business sciences, psychology, communication, or engineering.
• Fluency in English is mandatory for this position.
• 4-6 years of experience in change management consulting.
• Experience in internal communication projects and workplace consultancy is highly valued.
• Proficiency in Windows tools and Office packages, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Strong customer orientation and ability to communicate effectively with clients.
• Ability to think critically and creatively, with a can-do attitude.
