Multinational companies operating in the medical device industry are looking for professionals with expertise in transfer pricing.
The selected candidate will be responsible for shaping the company's transfer pricing strategy, particularly in areas such as TP Controversy and IC Services.
This role involves close collaboration with internal and external partners to implement the strategy and provide opportunities for professional growth and continuous development.
- The new position was created to expand capabilities in 'IC Services' and 'TP Controversy.'
- The successful candidate will be involved in the operational development of group-wide IC service processes and support group companies in TP audits and other TP controversy topics (especially MAPs).
- Additionally, you will serve as the primary contact person for individual Group companies and central functions in the area of transfer pricing from a strategic, procedural, and tax perspective, supporting the entire range of transfer pricing topics.
- You will be responsible for designing and implementing projects to further develop our TP system and coordinate operational collaboration with internal stakeholders and external consultants.
- Your tasks will also include the further development of the Group's internal transfer pricing guidelines and monitoring their implementation and realisation.
Requirements
- A university degree in business administration, economics, or law is required. Equivalent qualifications are accepted.
- Broad experience in transfer pricing is expected, ideally gained in an international auditing or tax consulting firm or in the tax department of an international corporation.
- Familiarity with the topic of 'IC services' from a legal and operational perspective is necessary. Previous experience accompanying tax audits, mutual agreement procedures, etc., is beneficial.
- Confidence and experience using MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) are essential.
- The ability to work independently, analytically, and structured is crucial to achieving convincing, realizable solutions.
- Strong communication skills, enabling effective interaction with internal and external contacts in English, are required.
