Are you ready to take charge of driving performance in a fast-growing international e-commerce company specializing in Wholesale Blank and Customized Apparel? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you at NETENDERS!

We’re seeking a Senior Traffic Manager to control and increase our e-commerce traffic while maximizing its conversion to income. You'll have the unique opportunity to manage high-impact campaigns, collaborate with a talented team, and shape the future of performance marketing in the apparel industry. As a senior member of our marketing team, you will directly report and present digital strategies to the company's management board on a daily basis.

Your key responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Campaign Oversight:
  • Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO and SEM strategies for both B2B and B2C channels, ensuring alignment with broader business objectives.
  • Oversee paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms, including Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram), and TikTok, driving high-quality traffic and maximizing ROI / POAS.
  • Drive the paid and organic social strategy by developing high-performing campaigns and engaging our audience across social media platforms.
  • Identify and capitalize on new opportunities in paid and organic channels to enhance traffic quality and performance.
Performance Optimization:
  • Monitor and analyze e-commerce traffic data to identify high-performing campaigns and optimize conversion rates.
  • Conduct advanced A / B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to refine campaign performance.
  • Continuously improve website conversion rates (CRO) through user behavior analysis and strategic updates.
Traffic Monetization & Marketplace Growth:
  • Implement and manage revenue-generating platforms to effectively monetize website traffic.
  • Drive growth and optimize performance for the company’s digital marketplace presence, ensuring alignment with revenue targets.
Web Analytics & Reporting:
  • Leverage tools like Google Analytics (GA4) and other tracking platforms to monitor and report on traffic performance across all channels.
  • Create and present detailed performance reports on customer behavior, campaign efficiency, and commercial outcomes, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.
To excel in this role, you should have:
  • Minimum 5+ years as a Traffic Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the fashion / apparel industry.
  • A strong ability to define, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies across SEO, SEM, Social Paid, and Social Organic.
  • Expertise in tools such as Google Analytics (GA4), Google Ads Manager, Google Merchant Center, and platforms like SEMrush.
  • Advanced skills in interpreting data, tracking campaign performance, and delivering actionable insights to improve ROI.
  • An eye for identifying engaging content that resonates with target audiences and delivering clear, impactful creative briefs.
  • Proven experience in leading projects and managing budgets.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while managing multiple priorities effectively.
  • Experience in an international environment and the ability to adapt marketing strategies to the local specifics of target markets.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
  • A Master's degree or equivalent training in digital marketing, e-commerce, or a related field.
