Formación

  • 4-6 years of professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management or Procurement.

  • International experience is a plus.

Allianz Services within Allianz Technology offers a service aligned with the global Protection & Resilience Service Line to ensure that Allianz Group can respond effectively and efficiently to changes and disruptions, protecting business operations (IT and Non-IT), personnel, and physical assets. Allianz Services plays a key role in implementing the core professional, procedural, and organizational requirements set by the Group Protection & Resilience team to anticipate, prepare for, and adapt to these changes and disruptions.

Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) is a critical component of our Protection & Resilience efforts, developed through joint efforts among various Allianz entities, with Barcelona playing a crucial role. The TPRM framework will be particularly guided by the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA).

We are building a TPRM team in Barcelona responsible for offering, delivering, and managing the TPRM lifecycle as a service to all Allianz Operational Entities. We are seeking experienced professionals in Outsourcing or TPRM, with relevant backgrounds in ICT Security, Contract Management, ERM, or related fields.

You will
  1. Serve as the point of contact within the delivery center for complex risk queries, support, and guidance.
  2. Cover all new risk domains and ensure support is up-to-date and effective.
  3. Manage and oversee the implementation of the AZ Third Party Risk Management Policy across AZ Group and assigned entities.
  4. Perform TPRM/Outsourcing Maturity Assessments, aligning with Risk, Data Privacy, Legal, and Security teams.
  5. Contribute to and follow up on internal and external audits related to Third Party Risk Management.
  6. Prepare reports and dashboards related to Third Party Vendor management and report to senior management.
  7. Manage the inventory of all third-party/outsourcing agreements and key documentation of the TPRM/Outsourcing process.
  8. Plan and facilitate Risk and Control Assessments (RCA) for TPMR Service Providers across the lifecycle.
  9. Manage Quality Assurance over third-party RCA, control documentation, and testing results, ensuring proper reporting.
  10. Contribute to the publication of annual TPRM/Outsourcing Assurance Reports for AZ Technology senior management and clients.
Your skills
  1. 4-6 years of professional experience in Third-Party Risk Management, Outsourcing, Vendor Management, or Procurement; experience in operational risk, IT risk, project risk, or business risk is also valued.
  2. University degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, Economics, or related fields.
  3. Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
  4. Ability to adapt to change and manage goals in uncertain situations.
  5. Proactive research skills and problem-solving capabilities.
  6. Ability to develop and execute plans to achieve quality results on schedule.
  7. Strong team player with excellent communication and conflict management skills; international experience is a plus.
  8. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of ORGS/Open Pages, ServiceNow is advantageous.
