Leica Biosystems is seeking a Third Party Commodity Manager to ensure a comprehensive Europe portfolio by identifying external solutions when internal products don’t meet customer needs. This on-site role reports to the Senior Manager Customer Operations EMEA.

Formación

• Certification in professional procurement (MCIPS or equivalent).
• Minimum 5 years in strategic sourcing or procurement, ideally in regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of supplier contracting regulatory frameworks.
• Proven success in negotiating with suppliers and managing contracts.
• Experience with supplier onboarding and DBS-style quality processes.

Responsabilidades

• Identify third-party solutions to complete Leica’s Europe portfolio.
• Manage end-to-end supplier lifecycle: identification, onboarding, contracting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure products are certified, compliant, and documented with regulatory and technical records.
• Interface between Sales, Tender/Bid, Applications, and internal functions to translate needs into sourcing strategies.
• Maintain a centralized supplier catalogue and ensure contract traceability and pricing data.
• Support continuous improvement and category management to reduce risk and costs across EMEA.
