CBRE is seeking an EMEA Procurement Manager to source, negotiate, and manage service providers for outsourced services across the EMEA region, supporting a Fortune 500 client. You will partner with Operations and Finance to develop and execute sourcing strategies and ensure compliant contracts.

You will work within the Procurement function, coordinating with stakeholders to optimize supplier performance, manage KPIs, and deliver annual savings targets across 40+ countries.

Formación

• 5-8 years of experience leading strategic sourcing initiatives for FM services.
• Experience developing and negotiating contracts with suppliers.
• Experience managing a sourcing program across geographies with FM Operations and Finance teams.

Responsabilidades

• Identify market trends and sourcing options for vendors.
• Lead negotiations and procurement initiatives to improve quality while minimizing cost.
• Provide guidance on procurement processes including risk/regulatory/compliance requirements.
• Support RFQs/RFPs/ITBs, select solutions and negotiate.
• Prepare contracts with national and regional providers and maintain compliant contracts.
