GE HealthCare is seeking an experienced Sourcing Manager to shape EMEA professional services procurement, representing approximately $125M in spend across 43 countries. You will design regional strategies aligned with the global direction and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal terms while meeting internal stakeholder needs.

The role reports to the Director Global Categories Professional Services, Total HR & Labour Services, and you will collaborate with regional teams to deliver cost

Formación

• Significant experience in Sourcing & Sourcing Management.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or equivalent experience).
• Proficiency in sourcing tools and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies aligned with business goals.
• Coordinate with global sourcing leads to ensure regional strategies are in line with global strategic vision.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering, HR, quality, and business teams in region.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance with quality and regulatory standards.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to guide sourcing decisions.
• Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives.
• Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations.
• Monitor and report on category performance metrics and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies, quality systems, and legal requirements.
• Support regional sourcing initiatives and projects.
