Our team includes software engineers, project managers, testers, and audio, text, and linguistic specialists, each playing a vital role. Using business and project management modules, workflow automation, CRM, and asset management technology for text, audio, images, and videos, EA has built a cutting-edge Localization powerhouse for current and next-generation platforms.

EA Madrid hosts our international Localization Testing and Compliance & Certification groups, consisting of engineers, producers, sound and linguistic specialists working to provide localized versions of our titles globally. Your role involves ensuring all bugs, flaws, or issues are correctly reported (in English and Norwegian) and resolved before release.

Responsibilities include :

  • Informing Leads and Senior Testers of any issues that may delay or halt testing early.
  • Proactively seeking ways to improve testing procedures and equipment knowledge.
  • Following EA security procedures by safeguarding equipment and software.

Qualifications include :

  • Fluent (written and verbal) in English and Norwegian (must be a native speaker).
  • Ability to approach testing in a detailed and structured manner.
  • Interest and knowledge of video games, the gaming industry, and platforms including PC, Mac, consoles (PS, Xbox), and mobile.
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Windows environment.
  • Minimum age of 18 years.

EA offers relocation support for employees moving from outside Madrid. Occasional overtime may be required on workdays or weekends.
