Experience and Expertise (more than 10 years)

• More than 10 years as NOC Technician with knowledge in 2G, 3G, 4G, and 5G RAN.
• Experience with radio equipment from Nokia and Ericsson in the above technologies.
• Extensive experience in N1 Technical Support Service and RAN network management.
• Solid knowledge of support processes for customers in the RAN Mobile Access area.
• Knowledge of RAN protocols, equipment, and functionalities.
• Ability to analyze, troubleshoot, and propose solutions.

Functions

• Management of N1 incidents, diagnostics, customer complaints, and execution of BTPs.
• Proposal of corrective actions for recurring problems.
• NOC team management and quality analysis capacity.

Tools

• Systems for activity and job reception, incident management, and BTPs : iGRI.
• Network Elements Management Systems : specific to the RAN manufacturers involved.
• Network and Fault Management Systems : OMEGA, INFOVISTA, GRAFANA.
• MS Office : Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
