As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in driving the success of our IT projects. Your primary responsibility will be to lead and manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, high quality, and optimal results that meet the requirements of our stakeholders.

You will work closely with project managers, architects, and other team members to define project objectives, develop technical designs, write detailed specifications, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems. Your excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams will be essential in facilitating smooth project execution and stakeholder satisfaction.

In addition to managing IT projects, you will also oversee the development of software packages, participate in realization phases, and coordinate testing and validation activities. Your leadership skills will enable you to motivate and guide your team members towards achieving project goals and exceeding expectations.

Furthermore, you will contribute to the design and implementation of innovative solutions, identify opportunities for process improvements, and drive change management initiatives to support business transformation. Your ability to think critically and creatively will help you navigate complex project challenges and find effective solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Education : Bachelor's degree + 3 years of experience or Master's degree with or without experience depending on the projects.
• Project Management Methodologies : Must be open to new project management methodologies (SCRUM, agile methods…).
• Technical Skills : IT skills.
• Language Proficiency : Minimum English level equivalent to B2 : ability to lead meetings and workgroups in English.
