A technology solutions company in Madrid is seeking a Senior Technical Support Engineer to provide product solutions and support sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of experience in technical support, a bachelor's degree in Power Electronics or a related field, and fluency in both English and Spanish. Responsibilities include managing technical documentation and conducting training sessions for customers. This position requires a proactive individual who can work under pressure.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics or Automation-related major.
  • Over 5 years of experience in technical support and market promotion.
  • Experience in PV Inverter and Energy Storage System industries is preferred.
  • Proficient in English and Spanish reading, understanding, and writing.
  • Strong project management, planning, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work under high pressure, proactive, responsible, and a good team player.
  • Willing to travel for business as required.

  3. Set up and manage the global product technical database and company website to ensure accuracy and timeliness of external technical documentation.
  4. Develop training materials based on product highlights and conduct regular technical training for sales and customers to improve product knowledge, collecting feedback for continuous improvement.
Relevant Experience and Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree in Power Electronics or Automation-related major.
  2. Over 5 years of experience in technical support and market promotion.
