VML MAP seeks a Senior Technical Project Manager - Martech to lead marketing automation and CRM projects. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring on-time delivery and budget adherence while translating business needs into technical solutions.

You bring 4+ years with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud, plus strong agile experience and excellent communication to drive client success. Enjoy a role within a world-class, global network.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience with Braze, Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation.
• Conceptual and technical understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions.
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban.
• Excellent communication skills enabling translation of business language into technical language.

Responsabilidades

• Control the analysis phase and develop project plans and requirements specifications.
• Estimate budgets and allocate internal resources and third parties/vendors.
• Ensure configurators and developers operate with minimal administrative overhead and proper follow-up, planning and time spend.

In the role as our new Technical Project Manager, you will be responsible for organizing and managing key client projects. Your job is to ensure a high level of quality, delivering projects on time and within budget.

More specifically, your tasks include:

• Controlling the analysis phase
• Developing project plans and requirements specifications
• Estimating budgets and allocating internal resources and third parties/vendors
• Securing that our configurators and developers is free of administrative overhead, securing that follow up, planning and time spend is overseen
• Managing relationships with client and stakeholders, including motivating your colleagues in their day-to-day tasks.

You will be the linchpin in a network of closely coordinating Project Managers, Designers, User Experience Architects, Solution Architects and Developers. In addition, you have:

• 4+ years of experience with either; Braze, Adobe Experience Platform or Salesforce marketing cloud
• Experience with managing and implementing projects within CRM, or marketing automation
• A conceptual, and a technical, understanding of data modelling, service-oriented and layered architectures, and complex technical solutions in general
• Worked with agile methods of Scrum and/or Kanban
• Great communication skills, enabling you to translate “business language” into technical language.
