Job summary

MAP, a world-leading Centre of Excellence within WPP, seeks an Adobe Senior Application Consultant to bridge technology and marketing strategy. You will translate client objectives into technical requirements, collaborate with developers, and ensure effective deployment of Adobe solutions at scale across global brands.

You will work with a skilled team, delivering end-to-end campaigns, configuring automation, and maintaining high quality while staying ahead of AI developments in marketing tech.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant experience in application consulting, marketing technology, campaign operations, CRM, marketing automation, or similar technical consulting role.
• Strong hands-on experience with campaign execution, campaign configuration, programme builds, and marketing automation workflows.
• Subject matter expertise in major marketing technology platforms such as Adobe Campaign, Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo Engage, Braze or similar.
• Advanced understanding of campaign execution processes from requirements to deployment.
• Ability to develop scalable, future-proof campaign solutions.
• Experience contributing to or consulting on campaign solution design from scratch.
• Ability to develop and execute UAT tests at campaign or programme level.
• Experience supporting technical documentation and process documentation.
• Strong understanding of marketing operations, customer journeys, segmentation, and campaign performance.
• Good business acumen and client-strategy awareness in delivery and consulting.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams (developers, architects, data teams, PMs, marketing ops, accounts).
• Knowledge of data usage in campaign execution, including audience selection, validation, segmentation, QA, and data-driven logic.
• Certifications such as AJO, Adobe Campaign, Braze are advantageous.
• Strong passion for Marketing Technology and AI developments.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate within a cross-functional team to ensure seamless solution delivery for clients using Adobe platforms.
• Drive adoption of internal marketing tools and Adobe applications across client base with tailored end-to-end experiences.
• Configure and implement customized business rules and automations within Adobe marketing platforms.
• Bring client solutions to life by implementing features per specifications in Adobe environments.
• Test configurations and new features to ensure quality and reliability of implementations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues within existing Adobe applications for a seamless user experience.
• Collect business requirements from marketers and translate them into technical specs for Adobe solutions.
• Utilise Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) to build data audiences and manage segments.
• Identify opportunities to optimise Adobe platforms and features for continuous improvement.
