Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager, you will combine classic product management skills with a deep understanding of technical architecture. You will actively participate in solving engineering and business problems daily.

You will lead our in-house self-service Scoring platform designed for analysts and developers from risk and product teams. You will own the product roadmap, managing the full cycle of product development from strategy and quarterly OKRs setting to launch.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 4+ years of experience as a Platform or Technical Product Manager
• Preferred: experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager combined with Product Management experience
• Product Skills :
• Strong problem identification, solution design, and prioritization skills
• Experience creating product vision, strategy, and setting and tracking OKRs
• Ability to build metrics trees and define key product metrics

• Technical Skills :
• Solid business and system analysis skills with a broad technical perspective
• Ability to assess proposed solution architectures and challenge decisions when necessary
• Experience designing architectural concepts, data models, and APIs
• Understanding of CI / CD processes
• Experience evaluating technical quality, monitoring, and reliability practices

• Communication :
• Strong verbal and written English skills (minimum B2)
• Team leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Excellent communication skills for articulating vision and decisions in C-level forums
