Responsibilities

As a Technical Product Manager, you will combine classic product management skills with a deep understanding of technical architecture. You will actively participate in solving engineering and business problems daily.

You will lead the in-house self-service Scoring platform for analysts and developers in risk and product teams, owning the roadmap and full product lifecycle from strategy to launch.

Skills, Knowledge & Expertise

• 4+ years as a Platform or Technical Product Manager
• Experience as an Enterprise Architect, Development Team Lead, or Engineering Manager is a plus
• Strong problem-solving, solution design, and prioritization skills
• Experience in creating product vision, strategy, and setting OKRs
• Ability to define key product metrics and build metrics trees
• Solid business and system analysis skills, broad technical perspective
• Experience designing architecture, data models, APIs, and understanding CI/CD processes
• Experience evaluating technical quality and reliability practices
• Strong communication skills in English (B2 or higher), leadership, and cross-functional collaboration abilities
