Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company, seeks a Senior Technical Product Manager based in Spain to own the strategy and roadmaps for Hardhat and Ethereum Development Runtime (EDR). You will translate complex technical challenges into clear product requirements, prioritizing features that improve building, testing, and deploying smart contracts.

You will work with engineering leaders and developers to shape APIs, CLIs, and developer workflows in a remote-first environment that values autonomy

Qualifications

• Five+ years as a Product Manager or Product Owner on technical, developer-facing products or platforms.

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy and roadmaps for Hardhat and EDR.
• Own prioritization and decisions on what to build next.
• Write and maintain PRDs, feature specs, and design docs for engineering teams.
• Drive core product execution with engineering leadership and teams.
• Define developer-facing UX, including APIs, CLIs, and configuration options.
• Collaborate with CTO, Head of Engineering, and engineers to align dependencies and delivery sequences.
• Evaluate feasibility, architecture, and trade-offs with engineers.
• Identify high-impact developer needs through ecosystem research.
• Prioritize bugs and user feedback to remove blockers.
• Maintain cross-functional communication about product decisions and UX expectations.
• Ensure coherent UX across both products for reliable development workflows.
