Forvis Mazars Group is hiring a Senior Tax Associate in Barcelona to join our Global Compliance & Reporting team. This role focuses on international tax accounting, VAT/GST across multiple jurisdictions, transfer pricing, and client engagement in an English-speaking, global environment.

The position offers a permanent full-time contract with a hybrid working model (2 days remote per week) and health insurance in a vibrant European hub.

Formación

• 3 to 6 years’ experience in an international top-tier consulting firm.
• Demonstrated experience with multi-jurisdictions tax accounting and international tax.
• Global tax compliance knowledge and understanding.
• Prior experience serving large and international clients.
• Technology driven, basic software & AI awareness.
• Fluent in English; German and French are appreciated.

Responsabilidades

• International tax accounting & reporting, ensuring accurate preparation, review, and timely submission in line with applicable regulations.
• International indirect tax compliance, managing VAT/GST obligations across multiple jurisdictions and coordinating with local requirements.
• Transfer pricing compliance, supporting the preparation and review of documentation in line with group policies and regulatory standards.
• Engagement management of complex and large international clients, acting as a key point of contact and ensuring smooth delivery of services.
• Ensure quality of deliverables and proactively troubleshoot issues, providing practical and client-oriented solutions.

As part of Forvis Mazars’ strategic move to create a centralized service to serve clients across Europe, we have created Global Compliance & Reporting service with teams, processes and technology that allows multinational groups to meet all its accounting, tax, payroll and legal obligations and commitments, both locally and internationally while having accurate information centralized and delivered from our Center of Excellence (CoE).

We are hiring a Senior Tax Associate to join this strongly growing team in Barcelona.

Your Mission

• International tax accounting & reporting, ensuring accurate preparation, review, and timely submission in line with applicable regulations.

• Transfer pricing compliance, supporting the preparation and review of documentation in line with group policies and regulatory standards.

Your Profile
