Forvis Mazars in Barcelona, part of our Center of Excellence, is seeking a Quality & Risk Officer to support onboarding, ethics and risk management across our Swiss client framework. Hybrid work with two remote days; permanent full-time contract.

You will perform risk assessments, participate in monitoring and internal controls, draft reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a dynamic international environment. Proficiency in English and French is required; German is a plus.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Law, Business Administration, Economics, or an equivalent higher education qualification.
• 1-3 years of experience in compliance, audit, or a related field, with a strong interest in compliance and risk management.
• Solid knowledge of KYC/AML requirements, international sanctions frameworks, and the cryptocurrency sector.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in both English and French; German is considered an asset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills combined with a service-oriented mindset, ensuring responsiveness to business needs and effective support to engagement teams.
• Highly conscientious, rigorous, and methodical, with excellent organizational abilities, strong prioritization skills, and the capacity to perform effectively under pressure.
• A collaborative team player who enjoys working across functions, while remaining autonomous, proactive, adaptable, and capable of taking initiative.
• Pragmatic and solution-oriented, with the ability to propose practical recommendations aligned with business objectives and risk considerations.
• Innovative and technology-minded, with a strong interest in digitalization and the ability to leverage technology to streamline processes and enhance operational efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Support the firm's client onboarding and continuance processes.

• Draft reports, analyses, and documentation for internal and external stakeholders.
