Job summary

roadsurfer is seeking an experienced HR professional to lead recruiting and HR business partnership across the employee lifecycle. You will coach leaders, streamline hiring, and support multi-country teams while embracing AI-driven HR processes.

Fluency in English is required; German is a plus. This fixed-term role lasts about 1 year to cover parental leave, with a competitive salary and team-oriented culture.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HR with experience in recruiting and HRBP across the full employee lifecycle.
• Confidence coaching leaders and handling complex cases, ideally in multi-country settings.
• Knowledge of labour law in different countries is a plus.
• You already use AI tools actively in your HR work and enjoy finding new ways to automate and simplify.
• You thrive in a fast-changing company, get up to speed quickly and guide leaders through change.
• A structured way of working, empathy and a proactive, team-oriented mindset.
• Business fluent English. German is a plus.

• You empower our managers to own their hiring: you set up lean processes, sharpen their interview skills and step in where it matters, from needs clarification to offers.
• You enable, coach and challenge our leaders to grow into strong role models for their teams - and guide them through difficult situations such as performance plans and exits.
• You drive our AI-first way of working in HR: you use AI tools and automations every day, spot new use cases and build them into our processes.

Your Salary

We transparency. The salary range for this position is between 36,000 EUR and 46,000 EUR gross per year. We are currently introducing salary bands in our job descriptions to ensure that all employees are treated fairly. Once we get to know each other better during the application process and can assess your skills and experience more precisely, we will work together to determine which level within the salary band is the best fit for you.
