Senior Talent Manager, Commercial & Global Functions

Location: Spain

Join Superbet during an exciting growth phase as we expand into new markets and develop innovative technologies. We are looking for a proactive and strategic Talent Manager to partner with our People & Culture team, focusing on the commercial and global functions within the organization.

This role involves working closely with both the Center of Excellence (COE) and the functional HR teams to develop and implement talent management strategies that support our business objectives. You will be responsible for fostering employee growth, designing tailored learning and development programs, and promoting a culture of learning and innovation.

Key Responsibilities include:

  1. Talent Strategy: Collaborate with HR and senior leaders to develop strategies that align with business goals.
  2. Alignment with Central Talent Management Strategy: Ensure initiatives are consistent with the overarching frameworks.
  3. Employee Growth and Mobility: Support career development, including promotions and mobility opportunities.
  4. Function-specific Learning & Development: Design and execute training programs tailored to each function.
  5. Mentorship and Coaching: Establish programs to support employee development.
  6. Performance Management: Partner with COE and HR to manage performance review cycles, goal setting, and development plans.
  7. Talent Review: Assist in identifying high-potential employees through talent reviews.
  8. Leadership Succession: Support succession planning to ensure leadership continuity.
  9. Data Analysis: Utilize talent metrics to inform decisions and measure initiatives' effectiveness.
  10. Diversity & Inclusion: Promote initiatives that foster an equitable and inclusive workplace.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Communications, International Relations, or related fields.
  • 10+ years in talent development or management, preferably in commercial, marketing, or finance sectors.
  • Deep knowledge of talent management best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven stakeholder relationship-building abilities.
  • Experience with talent management and learning systems.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in HR, Organizational Development, or related fields.
  • Certifications in talent assessments (e.g., Hogan, CPTD, ATD, AIHR).
  • Experience working in a global or multinational matrix organization.
