Formación

• Experiencia avanzada en SQL y Python, con habilidades en Tableau y Excel.
• Capacidad para realizar análisis cualitativos y cuantitativos eficaces.

Descripción del empleo

Descripción del trabajo Senior Data Analysts at Thoughtworks collect, process and analyze large datasets to provide valuable insights and support informed decision-making for our clients. They are responsible for the strategy, implementation, productionization and articulation of business impact. They collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. They stay up-to-date with industry advancements, ensure data quality and security, and actively mentor other Thoughtworkers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional development.

Job responsibilities

1. You will perform data extraction and modeling to generate insights and make recommendations for the business.
2. You will support the definition and construction of KPIs that best represent the business performance of our clients, assisting in decision-making processes.
3. You will work on the development and maintenance of strategic dashboards, reports and KPIs.
4. You will use storytelling practices for effective dashboard construction.
5. You will build solutions and validate hypotheses through comprehensive data analysis.
6. You will design, conduct and measure both qualitative and quantitative research.
7. You will create proposals and conduct A/B tests.
8. You will conduct ad-hoc studies as needed.
9. You will connect with stakeholders to understand database structures, apply necessary business rules and share analysis methods and methodologies.

Job qualifications

Technical Skills

1. You have expertise with Tableau as a self-service BI tool.
2. You have experience in analytics and business intelligence projects.
3. You have proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
4. You have strong data visualization practices with relevant tools.
5. You have proficiency in database management, either relational or non-relational.
6. You have advanced knowledge in SQL and Python.
7. You have ability to clean, prepare and analyze big data, both structured and unstructured.
8. You have exploratory, qualitative and quantitative analysis skills.
9. You have experience with research techniques and satisfaction indicators.
10. You have ability to identify patterns, actionable insights and relationships in data.

1. You have great stakeholder management skills and you are able to build rapport and gain buy-in from clients and key stakeholders.
2. You are a great problem solver, thrive in ambiguity, tackle challenges from various angles and embrace risk management.

7. English and Spanish communication and relationship building skills - written, verbal, facilitation, etc, are a must.
