  • 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally in startups.

About the role :

As a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will join the Talent Acquisition team to drive the bsport growth by scaling our product teams across multiple regions.

Your impact :

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for Product, Tech and Data roles.
  • Develop dashboards and analyze key recruiting metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
  • Innovate and create new sourcing strategies to attract top talent in product, design, and data.
  • Continuously optimize job postings and recruitment content to enhance candidate engagement.
  • Streamline the hiring process and contribute to strategic talent acquisition initiatives.

It would be great if you have :

  • 4 years of recruitment experience, ideally within startups, scaleups, or SMBs.
  • Are highly organized and capable of managing multiple tech recruitment projects simultaneously.
  • Possess strong expertise in Product recruitment.
  • Proficiency with ATS and data driven skills.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to meet tech hiring needs.
  • Hold a degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
