Ideal Profile
7+ years of experience in end-to-end recruitment , either in-house or agency-based, within fast-paced industries.
Strong expertise in direct sourcing, talent mapping, and candidate engagement .
Proven experience in Employer Branding and EVP strategy development .
Experience with ATS systems (Workday is a plus) and recruitment automation tools.
Ability to analyze internal & external talent market data to drive hiring decisions.
University degree in Psychology, Law, Business Administration, or related fields (HR postgraduate training is desirable).
Fluency in English & Spanish (written and spoken).
Strong interpersonal skills, ability to build relationships, and work under pressure with multiple stakeholders.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to maintain confidentiality & accuracy .
A proactive team player with a can-do attitude and a passion for talent acquisition.
