Main Responsibilities :
As a SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION specialist, with the support of our junior Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment services across all regional areas, while meeting hiring goals and providing exceptional internal and external client service satisfaction. The main responsibilities and tasks will include :
- Source and evaluate talent to match company culture and job requirements.
- Identify and retain candidates in a competitive market.
- Manage the entire recruitment process, including negotiating job offers with stakeholders and presenting relevant market and candidate information to assist directors in decision-making.
- Understand customer challenges to offer targeted recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- Investigate and implement new sourcing and recruiting strategies to achieve targets, always focusing on KPIs and how they align with the company’s goals.
- Stay updated on the real estate sector trends and insights.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
- Previous experience in a consultancy recruitment agency is essential.
- Fluent in English and Spanish.
- Goal-oriented with a strong desire for results.
- Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with great attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
- A genuine interest in understanding people's motivators and identifying opportunities that suit their skills.
- Exceptional customer service focus, high energy, articulate, and friendly personality.
- Driven by results, with a methodical approach to completing tasks under pressure and delivering service excellence.
- Positive attitude: can-do mindset, persistent, and a team player.
- Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.
