Main Responsibilities :

As a SENIOR TALENT ACQUISITION specialist, with the support of our junior Talent Acquisition team, you will deliver end-to-end recruitment services across all regional areas, while meeting hiring goals and providing exceptional internal and external client service satisfaction. The main responsibilities and tasks will include :

1. Source and evaluate talent to match company culture and job requirements.
2. Identify and retain candidates in a competitive market.
3. Manage the entire recruitment process, including negotiating job offers with stakeholders and presenting relevant market and candidate information to assist directors in decision-making.
4. Understand customer challenges to offer targeted recruitment solutions in a fast-paced environment.
5. Investigate and implement new sourcing and recruiting strategies to achieve targets, always focusing on KPIs and how they align with the company’s goals.
6. Stay updated on the real estate sector trends and insights.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition roles.
• Previous experience in a consultancy recruitment agency is essential.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Goal-oriented with a strong desire for results.
• Excellent organizational, interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently with great attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset.
• A genuine interest in understanding people's motivators and identifying opportunities that suit their skills.
• Exceptional customer service focus, high energy, articulate, and friendly personality.
• Driven by results, with a methodical approach to completing tasks under pressure and delivering service excellence.
• Positive attitude: can-do mindset, persistent, and a team player.
• Strong knowledge of tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, etc.
