Jobtailor in Barcelona is looking for a senior Talent Acquisition partner to own end-to-end recruitment for Engineering, Product and Marketing, from first touch to offer. You will partner closely with founders and hiring managers to deeply understand each role, deliver a human candidate experience, and contribute to employer branding, onboarding, retention and culture as we scale.

• Degree in Business, Psychology, HR, or a related field.
• 5+ years in Talent Acquisition, ideally in tech startups or digital environments.
• Proven track record hiring for technical and digital roles (Engineering, Product, Marketing).
• Strong network in the tech and product ecosystems.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Experience hiring senior/leadership profiles is a plus.
• Exposure to employer branding or People Ops initiatives is a plus.

Requirements

• Proven track record hiring for technical and digital roles (Engineering, Product, Marketing)


• Skilled at uncovering the hidden 1% — passive candidates, niche profiles, talent others miss


• Strong professional network in the tech and product ecosystem


• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both written and verbal


• Experience hiring senior and leadership profiles is nice to have


• Exposure to employer branding or People Ops initiatives is nice to have
