Haybury is seeking a talented Front-End Tableau Developer to design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards that empower data-driven decision-making across the organization. You will collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders to turn complex data into actionable insights in clinical research, supply chain, and commercial operations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data modeling, or data engineering role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Data storytelling and UX/UI principles.
• Version control tools (Git).
• Snowflake, dbt, or other data stack tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations.
• Ensure data accuracy and consistency by validating data sources and applying best practices in dashboard development.
• Optimise dashboard performance and user experience for large-scale datasets.
• Maintain documentation and version control for Tableau workbooks and related assets.
• Support data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as GDPR and GxP.
• Work closely with backend data teams to ensure clean, trusted, and well-structured datasets are available for reporting.
