Formación

• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data modeling, or data engineering role.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years proven experience with Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud.
• SQL for data querying and transformation.
• Data storytelling and UX/UI principles.
• Version control tools (Git).
• Snowflake, dbt, or other data stack tools.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and maintain visually compelling and user-friendly Tableau dashboards and reports.

• Support data governance and compliance efforts, ensuring adherence to standards such as GDPR and GxP.
• Work closely with backend data teams to ensure clean, trusted, and well-structured datasets are available for reporting.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective data visualisations

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3+ years of experience in a data analytics, data modeling, or data engineering role
• 3+ years proven experience with:
• Tableau Desktop and Tableau Server/Cloud
• SQL for data querying and transformation
• Data storytelling and UX/UI principles
• Version control tools (e.g., Git)
• Snowflake, dbt, or other data stack tools

Preferred

• Familiarity with other BI Tools
• Exposure to AI-powered analytics or integration of machine learning models into dashboards (e.g., predictive insights, natural language querying)
• Experience in the life sciences or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
• Understanding of data privacy and compliance regulations (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, GxP)

Soft Skills

• Excellent analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish is a plus)
• Ability to work cross-functionally in a global, matrixed organisation
