AECOM is seeking an experienced Technical Leader for the Transmission & Distribution discipline, focusing on high voltage primary substation engineering, protection, and control systems. You will guide engineering teams, set technical direction, and ensure quality across AIS/GIS substations within transmission networks.

You will collaborate with clients and project leadership to deliver safe, reliable infrastructure, supporting major grid reinforcement and renewable integration programs.

Formación

• Requires degree in electrical engineering and proven experience leading HV primary substation projects.
• Experience delivering large transmission or distribution substation projects across concept, FEED, detailed design and construction support.
• Strong governance, engineering leadership and ability to coordinate multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical leadership and governance for HV/EHV primary substation projects.
• Oversee protection and control system design and integration with SCADA and substations.
• Lead design reviews, ensure compliance with international standards and client specs.
• Mentor engineers and coordinate resources across projects.
