The candidate should have a four-year degree or equivalent experience with at least five years of relevant work, including three years in a related area. Strong problem-solving and policy-generation skills are needed.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years functional experience including a minimum of 3 years specific experience.
• Four year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field).
• Ability to make significant contribution to processes and systems.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops, tests, debugs and implements operating systems components, software tools, and utilities.
• Determines systems software design requirements.
• Ensures that system improvements are successfully implemented and monitored to increase efficiency.
• Generates systems software engineering policies, standards and procedures.
