Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems, or related).
• 7–9 years of DoD/Army/Air Force weapons or stores integration experience.
• Knowledge of systems engineering, requirements management, risk management, and technical reviews.
• Ability to analyze contractor products and communicate findings to government stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel for test and program activities.
• Active Secret clearance, with ability to obtain Top-Secret clearance.
• Ability to perform requirements identification, analysis, documentation, and tracking.
• Ability to translate customer needs into system requirements.
• Ability to work with customers in a test environment.
• Ability to develop improved methods to increase program efficiency.
• Team player with proactive attitude.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in weapons and munitions Systems Engineering to support a team.
• Support requirements development, trade studies, system architecture, and interface definition.
• Review and assess contractor data, designs, analyses, and test plans for compliance.
• Engage with prime contractors and government stakeholders during design reviews and meetings.
• Support weapons and munitions integration activities, including platform interfaces and certification.
• Participate in developmental and operational test planning and execution, including travel to test sites.
• Identify risks and provide actionable recommendations to inform program decisions.
