Ventus Executive Solutions is seeking an Advanced Reactor Systems Engineer to support cutting-edge nuclear and mobile microreactor programs for a government program office. You will serve as the primary technical interface for vendor-proposed designs, developing detailed familiarity with assigned systems and delivering clear, actionable assessments to senior government leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or related field.
- Significant experience in nuclear power systems or advanced reactor programs.
- Experience with systems engineering and technical program management.
- Experience interfacing with vendors and managing complex projects.
- Ability to produce concise assessments and briefings for leadership.
- Ability to coordinate across government and industry partners.

- Lead systems engineering activities for FOAK reactor programs.
- Provide technical assessments and vendor design oversight.
- Manage requirements, risk, and technical performance across teams.
