CONVOTIS Iberia is seeking an experienced IT operations professional to join our SOC/NOC team. You will be the first point of contact for incidents, configuring and maintaining Linux and Windows systems, web servers, and databases, with a focus on reliability and security.

You will work in shifts including nights and weekends, with options to work from office or home, and engage in ongoing training and knowledge sharing to grow our operations together.

Formación

• 5+ years of IT operations experience (excluding education/internships).
• Hands-on Linux expertise, especially kernel tuning and filesystems.
• Solid Windows know-how, particularly Active Directory and system configuration.
• Experience with web servers (Traefik, NGINX, Envoy, Apache) and load balancers.
• Knowledge of MariaDB, MS SQL or PostgreSQL.
• Understanding TLS certificate termination.
• Independent, structured working style and willingness to share knowledge.
• Fluent English and Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Be the first point of contact for customer requests and monitoring.
• Configure, optimize and troubleshoot Linux and Windows systems, including AD.
• Operate and maintain web servers and load balancers (Traefik, NGINX, Envoy, Apache).
• Handle TLS termination and database topics (MariaDB, MS SQL, PostgreSQL).
• Suggest improvements to configurations and help grow our operations.
• Train and onboard new colleagues and share knowledge.
• Document work, including daily time booking.
• Work in shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Take on tasks beyond core role to expand knowledge or assist colleagues.
