Indra Space, división espacial de Indra Group, busca un Senior Systems Engineer para liderar el ciclo de vida de sistemas complejos en entornos críticos.

Trabajarás en requisitos, arquitectura, definición de especificaciones, revisiones de diseño y verificación, con enfoque en GNSS, seguridad y estándares ESA ECSS/INCOSE. Trabajarás en un modelo híbrido en Barcelona, con proyectos globales y oportunidades de desarrollo profesional.

Formación

• Formación en ingeniería de sistemas para proyectos espaciales.
• Experiencia en gestión de requisitos, definición de arquitectura y verificación.
• Conocimiento de procesos IVQ, definición de pruebas y análisis de resultados.
• Dominio de documentación y redacción de especificaciones técnicas.
• Conocimientos de seguridad y principios de ciberseguridad.
• Conocimiento de normas ESA ECSS e INCOSE.
• Conocimiento de GNSS, señales, rendimiento y geolocalización.

Responsabilidades

• Liderar actividades técnicas en proyectos de ingeniería de sistemas complejos.
• Producir documentación técnica de alta calidad.
• Desarrollar procedimientos IVQ: definición de pruebas, análisis de resultados e informes.
• Coordinar actividades de ingeniería entre equipos internos y externos.
• Participar en revisiones de proyecto (SRR, PDR, CDR...).

YOUR MISSION

As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will lead the engineering lifecycle of complex systems, driving requirements analysis, architecture definition, specification development, design reviews, and verification activities.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead technical activities in complex system engineering projects.
• Produce high‑quality technical and engineering documentation.
• Develop IVQ procedures: test definition, results analysis, and reporting.
• Coordinate engineering activities across multidisciplinary internal and external teams.
• Participate in project phase reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR...).

REQUIREMENTS

• Education: Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Telecommunications, or a related field.
• Experience: At least 5 years of experience as a systems engineer leading complex technical projects.
• Experience in systems engineering processes during concept, specification, and design phases.
• Familiarity with the IVQ engineering discipline: test procedure definition, verification analysis, and reporting.
• Solid documentation and specification writing skills.
• Understanding of engineering best practices.
• Knowledge of security and cybersecurity principles.
• Familiarity with ESA ECSS and INCOSE engineering standards.
• Knowledge of GNSS systems, signals, performance, RF interference detection, and geolocation techniques.
