Indra Group in Barcelona is seeking an engineer specialized in Computer or Telecommunications Engineering to develop innovative software solutions using Python in Linux environments.

The ideal candidate will have strong networking skills, work on advanced Linux systems, and contribute to projects involving containerized solutions and Software Defined Networking. Formación

We are looking for an engineer with a background in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering, with solid experience in Python development and advanced knowledge of Linux environments. The ideal candidate has a strong technical profile in networking and system environments, contributing to the development and operation of software-based solutions.

• Develop software solutions using Python in Linux‑based environments.
• Work with advanced Linux systems, including network configuration and software package installation.
• Participate in the configuration and management of IP networks and routing protocols.
• Contribute to environments based on Software Defined Networking and containerised solutions using Docker.
• Collaborate with technical teams in engineering and system‑related activities.
• Degree in Computer Engineering or Telecommunications Engineering.
• Professional experience in Python development (2–3 years).
• Advanced profile in Linux environments, including system administration, network configuration and software installation.
• Strong knowledge of networking concepts: IP networks and OSPF routing protocols.
• Experience or knowledge of Software Defined Networking (SDN).
• Experience with virtualization and containerisation technologies such as Docker.
