We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Safety & Reliability Engineer to join our core engineering team in any of our current locations (USA, Spain, Switzerland and Germany).

Main responsibilities:
- Perform a variety of analyses and assessments across the full product life cycle of New and Novel Autonomous Platform.
- System Safety activities (FHA, FTA, PSSA, SSA) according to ARP4754 and ARP4761 / MIL-STD-882.
- Reliability engineering activities (RPR, FME(C)A, FMES) according to MIL-HDBK 217, FIDES, ARP4754 and ARP4761, MIL-STD1629A and MIL-HDB338B.
- Develop safety requirements, constraints, and operating limits
- Interface with customer and program subject matter experts
- Report on the progress of deliverables and develop recommendations for decision making throughout the project lifecycle.
Required qualifications and experience:
- BSc degree in Engineering, Physics or Mathematics. An MSc in a related field is a plus,
- 4-15 years of experience in safety/reliability engineering or systems engineering experience.
- Knowledge and experience with international safety regulations.
- Knowledge and experience with Risk Analysis and Mitigation Methodologies.
- Knowledge and experience with FAR2X.1309 / CS2X.1309.
- Knowledge and experience with MBSE/MBSA (Cameo, Capella…) tools will be a plus
- Customer-oriented attitude.
- Only for U.S based candidates: Given applicable U.S. export control laws, candidate must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
Work conditions
- 40 hours per week
- Fully remote position. Occasional trips for meetings at company offices and customer sites may be required.
