We are currently seeking a Senior Systems Safety & Reliability Engineer to join our core engineering team in the USA, Spain, Switzerland, or Germany.

Main responsibilities :

• Perform analyses and assessments across the product lifecycle of Autonomous Platforms
• Conduct System Safety activities (FHA, FTA, PSSA, SSA) per ARP4754 and ARP4761 / MIL-STD-882
• Engage in Reliability engineering activities (RPR, FME(C)A, FMES) following MIL-HDBK 217, FIDES, ARP4754, ARP4761, MIL-STD1629A, MIL-HDBK-338B
• Develop safety requirements, constraints, and operating limits
• Interface with customers and subject matter experts
• Report progress and develop recommendations throughout the project lifecycle

Required qualifications and experience :

• BSc in Engineering, Physics, or Mathematics; MSc is a plus
• 4-15 years in safety/reliability or systems engineering
• Knowledge of international safety regulations
• Experience with Risk Analysis and Mitigation Methodologies
• Familiarity with FAR2X.1309 / CS2X.1309
• Experience with MBSE / MBSA tools (Cameo, Capella) is a plus
• Customer-oriented attitude
• U.S. candidates must be U.S. citizens, nationals, Green Card holders, or lawfully admitted refugees/asylees

Work conditions :

• 40 hours/week
• Fully remote, occasional travel may be required
